We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives that span IT infrastructure, vendor strategy, and operational execution. This role will be responsible for managing program budgets, evaluating and onboarding IT hardware and software vendors, and ensuring alignment with business goals through effective stakeholder engagement and tactical delivery. This position requires 1 day a week onsite in Irvine, CA and is part-time capped at 20 hours.

5+ years of experience in program management, with an emphasis on IT infrastructure and vendor strategy Experience with Smartsheet's, MS Projects, and Monday.com for project tracking Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and vendor relationships Strong interpersonal skills and highly adaptable Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in the QSR/restaurant industry Experience with RFI/RFP processes is a strong plus
