Korean Women's Association (KWA) TACOMA, WA is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as full- or part-time Caregivers. Earn between $21.49 - $25.39 per hour while enjoying a host of benefits, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more.

Picture this: You brighten someone’s day as a Caregiver. You assist with morning routines, support daily activities, engage in meaningful conversations, help with personal hygiene, prepare nutritious meals, and provide companionship to make a difference in someone’s life.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU MUST :

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Preferred qualifications :

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Work Schedule

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work part-time or full-time based on your preferences. Caregivers are not required to work a minimum number of hours per week and can choose their preferred days, times, and locations.
