Monday - Friday
2:00pm - 10:30pm
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
UW Medicine Parking Services is a division of the Department of Public Safety. We are a team of dedicated employees serving the guests of the UW Medical Center. Our services include parking for patients and their visitors on the Montlake campus, and parking for patients, visitors and employees on the NW Campus.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Be the first and last impression of patients and visitors to UW Medical Center-Northwest, a 281-bed, 44-acre, community-based, nonprofit hospital in North Seattle
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBLIITIES
Provide friendly, courteous customer service, answering questions, giving directions and collecting parking fees
Direct campus vehicular traffic; patrol and enforce parking regulations in campus parking areas
Visually check entering vehicles for valid parking permit
Direct flow of traffic and visitors to parking areas and offices
Direct traffic for scheduled activities and assist with installation and maintenance of traffic and parking signs and/or facilities
REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent
One year experience in a customer service environment or working in contact with the public
