We are seeking a dedicated Multicraft Maintenance Technician for our facility in Greeneville, TN. Join our team in a fast-paced and innovative environment where your skills will be utilized to maintain and improve our tow truck production operations.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Maintain and service cranes, motors, and blasting equipment.
Assist with paint booth repairs and maintenance.
Support general facility maintenance tasks, with training provided if needed.
Work safely around electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V.
Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow safety protocols.
Participate in annual training sessions in Chattanooga.
Essential Skills
1–4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with electrical systems from 24V to 480V and understanding of safe work practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to learn facility maintenance tasks.
Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cranes, motors, and blasters is .
Familiarity with paint booth systems and repairs.
MIG Welding is a huge plus!

The pay range for this position is $49296.00 - $57491.00/yr.
