DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will:
Main support for our HR Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure a positive candidate experience. Duties will include posting jobs, offer letter support, workstyle assessment administration, calendaring and interview setup for TA team across the US, assistance with onboarding, initiating and tracking background checks, maintaining HR and Recruiting Dashboards, managing HR inbox, etc. Support our university recruiting program by managing career fair registrations, payments, shipping, maintaining inventory of marketing items, etc. for events. Work in LinkedIn to review job postings for accuracy and assist with sourcing candidates. Ensure consistency and adherence to internal career performance and management framework for job postings, offer letters, etc. Perform HRIS support and backup, as needed. Complete miscellaneous projects/duties within the HR team. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum Skills and Requirements
Candidate should be at least 2 years into their academic career. Internship or work experience in human resources or recruiting strongly preferred. Interest in developing a career in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition. Desire to learn and grow in your profession, demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, resourcefulness, flexibility, and ownership. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond promptly and effectively everchanging priorities with colleagues and candidates, and efficiently manage time to prioritize tasks. Strong MS Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with LinkedIn and Power BI preferred. Strong attention to detail to deliver high quality work products. Ability to work for 3 or more consecutive months on a full-time basis.

The salary range for this position in
Massachusetts
is
$23.00-$26.00
per hour. Actual compensation will be based upon a variety of factors such as education, related work experience, certificates, skills, and current market conditions. Haley & Aldrich reviews salary ranges each quarter to assess competitiveness with the market.
