Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused
Backhoe and Excavator Operators
to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment for construction, excavation, grading, and site preparation projects. Operators will be responsible for running machinery efficiently, following all safety protocols, and completing tasks within established schedules. Responsibilities: Operate backhoe and/or excavator to dig trenches, perform earthmoving, grading, and material handling as required.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance checks.
Follow all safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Load and unload materials as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of verified experience operating backhoes, excavators, or similar heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal or written instructions.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
