• Pay: 1st Shift: $20 / hour | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (Opening Soon): $21 / hour | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Start Date: October 6, 2025

Role Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team in Justin, Texas. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where associates will handle a variety of warehouse tasks. Please note, this is not a dedicated forklift position, though candidates with reach truck experience often adapt quickly to our operations.

This role requires consistent heavy lifting of up to 70 lbs throughout the shift. Safety gear is provided, but associates must supply their own steel / composite toe shoes.

Experience & Skills

• Forklift experience not required (reach truck exposure a plus).
• Strong attention to detail – ability to distinguish parts that look identical but differ by country of origin.
• Comfortable learning and using a mainframe system independently.

Work History

• Must show job stability – no job-hoppers.

Mindset & Work Ethic

• Punctuality is critical – must be at workstation by 7:00 AM sharp (no grace period).
• Coachability and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
