Position Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Phoenix, AZ (sign on bonus)

Job Summary:
is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) providing care across Level III-IV NICUs and Special Care Nurseries in the Phoenix area. This full-time position offers competitive pay, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and benefits.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing (required) Board Certified NNP (required; no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications) Arizona license or willingness to obtain 2+ years of NNP experience (preferred) Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Neonatologists in Level III-IV NICUs and delivery services Work evening shifts alongside Neonatologists Attend deliveries and care for infants in the NICU Level II units covered 24/7 with in-house NNPs and daily Neonatologist rounds No transport duties Pay & Benefits:
