Warehouse Associate Job at Wayfair in California

Overview

The base pay for this position is $18.75/hr plus $2/hr for hours worked between 6PM-6AM. Wayfair Distribution team supports delivering a best-in-class customer experience in the furniture and home space. We are building a fast-paced logistics network with our own warehouses and are looking for talented, hardworking individuals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Unload furniture orders, requiring manual movement of large, heavy goods and staging them
• Repeatedly lift 75+ pounds alone and move product 150+ pounds alone or via team lift
• Wear comfortable clothing to move safely around the warehouse
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
• Stay active: be on the move for your entire shift in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable repeatedly lifting 75+ lbs unassisted and moving product 150+ lbs unassisted or via team lift
• Able to read and speak English for safety
• No warehouse experience is necessary
