Job Description

As a Retail Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient handling and management of merchandise within our warehouse. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new products
• Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and placement of merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Pick and pack customer orders for shipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling merchandise and operating equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warehouse or retail operations preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and merchandise
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
