Join Intuit's Manager Development team as Staff Learning and Development Partner.

Intuit's Manager Development team accelerates the performance of all below-Director people managers at Intuit through on-demand and live learning experiences, including ad-hoc resources, leadership training programs, coaching programs, and new manager programs.

As Staff Learning and Development Partner, you'll be a leadership expert and program manager who designs and delivers learning experiences in partnership with subject matter experts in the organization. You will work with other talent development professionals, program coordinators, and instructional designers, and gather deep customer empathy from

leaders to ensure our work enables them to help their teams do the best work of their lives. You will be a people champion, business accelerator, and data-drive change leader, and someone who is a strategic thinker with a keen ability to see the end-to-end project lifecycle, from needs analysis to content design, facilitation, and post-program evaluation. This role requires a hand-on approach, identifying customer problems or gaps in design, and creating impactful, scalable solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the evolving needs

of our leaders.

This role is based in our Mountain View office or San Diego office, 3 days per week in office.

What you'll bring

7+ years of experience in program management, learning and development, or a related field, with a focus on leadership development.

Proven experience in identifying areas of improvement and translating findings into strategic program designs.

Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and facilitating leadership development content and programs.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with extreme ownership in driving change effort by proactively engaging subject matter experts and sponsors, anticipating needs and expectations, and communicating a compelling, data-backed narrative to influence others to take action.

Proven ability to rally teams around execution plans, articulate challenges and opportunities clearly, and align executive teams on program outcomes.

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.

Excellent attention to detail, communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) and are able to see and influence the big picture.

How you will lead

Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify leadership development gaps across Intuit and opportunities within existing initiatives.

Translate business objectives and talent strategy into learning objectives and outcomes of manager development initiatives.

Partner with subject matter experts, including senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and learning enablement, to design and deliver leadership development solutions.

Integrate adult learning principles, modern learning technologies, and best practices in leadership development into all program designs.

Identify and leverage GenAI tools to strategically accelerate outcomes Manage the full project lifecycle for leadership development initiatives, from conception to launch and evaluation.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and on-time delivery.

Proactively identify and address project risks, design gaps, and operational challenges.

Lead initiative meetings to instill accountability, drive impact, and remove barriers.

Facilitate leadership development workshops, training sessions, and team offsites as needed.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California $157,000 - 212,000

Southern California $142,000 - 192,000
