Position Overview: A dynamic and forward-thinking organization is looking for a

Lead

Data Engineer

to join its Business Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in cloud data warehousing who is passionate about building data platforms that enable business intelligence, analytics, and data science at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the organization's data ecosystem, including sources, tools, master data, and analytics assets Design, deploy, and manage a modern cloud-based data warehouse infrastructure Monitor and optimize data warehouse performance through maintenance and configuration tuning Design data architecture and modeling solutions, and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines Build flexible and scalable data models to support a wide range of business needs Define and enforce data quality standards, governance policies, and technical best practices Oversee the full lifecycle of cloud data warehouse and big data initiatives Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of professional experience in data architecture, warehousing, or data platform development Strong track record in delivering scalable and enterprise-grade data solutions Expertise in building conceptual, logical, and physical data models In-depth knowledge of data warehousing concepts, modern modeling practices, and ELT/ETL strategies Experience with tools like

dbt

and practices related to data privacy, quality, and governance Proven ability to lead and manage data initiatives across complex environments Proficiency with

Snowflake Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as

Tableau ,

Power BI , or similar platforms Excellent technical and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams Salary: 170-180K
