Job Description
Involved in developing quality control policies and evaluates production limitations Ability to work cross functionally to resolve quality issues Work directly with OEM manufacturers to discuss product quality Maintain and continuously the develop the companies QMS Assist with creating and maintaining quality documentation Support first article inspection, approve materials, final product assemblies by confirming specifications, conduct visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials Ability to troubleshoot CMM programming Understanding of root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to establish correct inspection criteria Working knowledge of NADCAP regulations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5+ years experience in quality within manufacturing Strong communication skills both verbal and written Knowledgeable of Gage R&R and other calibration methods Understanding of AS9100 or IATF 16949 Able to read and interpret customer GD&T blueprints Experience within aerospace preferred Sponsorship not provided What's on Offer
Competitive base salary between $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience and skills 10% Bonus 3 weeks PTO 12 paid holidays Every other Friday off Shortened workdays
