Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL A vehicle (Kenworth T680 automatic) and ensure safe, timely delivery of freight.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed with provided equipment; drivers are paid for certain loading tasks where applicable.
• Adhere to schedules and home-time options that fit your preferences (regional, super regional, OTR).

Compensation and Home Time

• Regional drivers: approximately $1,200/week, ~2,500-2,600 miles
• Super regional drivers: approximately $1,300-$1,400/week, ~2,600-2,800 miles
• OTR drivers: approximately $1,500/week, ~3,000 miles
• Home-time options: Regional out 7-9 days, home 1 day for every 7 days out; Super Regional out 14 days, home for 2; OTR out 3 weeks, home for 3 days

Equipment and Convenience

• Trucks: Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, bunk heater, double bunk, 1500-watt inverter
• Service: Trucks serviced every 6 months; high likelihood of 85-90% drop-and-hook freight
• Unloading: Electric floor jack provided where needed, with pay for use

Terminals and Benefits

• 30 terminals nationwide with support hubs; 15 terminals feature gyms, truck washes, and laundry facilities
• UnitedHealthcare after 60 days

• Detention pay ($16/hr after 2 hrs), Layover pay ($125/day after 48 hrs), Holiday pay ($60/day), optional Hazmat pay

Orientation

3-day orientation at Joplin, MO; Dallas, TX; or Atlanta, GA. Travel covered with rental car or Greyhound; Uber to hotel if needed.

Requirements
