About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic SVP of Engineering Solutions to spearhead our global engineering organization, prioritizing quality, infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and shared platforms. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering an innovative engineering culture, attracting top-tier talent, and driving transformation across our product offerings. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of engineering leaders and technical experts tasked with designing, building, and scaling enterprise software solutions while emphasizing operational excellence and engineering advancements in AI, data processing, and cloud-native architectures.
As the SVP, you will also mentor and develop emerging engineering leaders, promote accountability and transparency, and align development initiatives with customer needs and business objectives. To apply, candidates should possess at least 15 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 8 years in senior leadership positions. A proven track record in scaling cloud-based enterprise platforms within a fast-paced SaaS environment is crucial, along with familiarity with major cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
Success in this position requires a robust technical foundation in distributed systems, DevOps, and agile delivery practices, paired with exceptional communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience in data analytics, workflow automation, platform engineering, and successfully leading organizations through digital transformation or platform modernization.
