Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and store environment.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Starting pay range: $15.49 to $15.99 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
