About the Role
As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and support the store’s success in an entry-level retail role. This position offers opportunities for growth, whether you are passionate about retail sales, skilled as a cashier, or seeking a flexible schedule.
Compensation
Starting rate: $14.00 per hour
Hourly pay range: $14.00 – $14.85

What You Will Do
Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products to help each customer find the perfect fit. Prioritize exceptional service.
Retail Sales Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales goals. Develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, organize displays, restock, and manage merchandise. Role includes lifting and carrying shoes/boxes (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and sales.
Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to reflect the Skechers brand and meet company standards.
What We Need From You
Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role
Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals
Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities
Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
Energetic, enthusiastic representation of the Skechers brand
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application
