What You'll Be Doing:
Create a Memorable First Impression
-Warmly welcome every guest and ensure their arrival and departure is smooth, personal, and efficient
-Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to impress
-Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure requests are fulfilled seamlessly
-Supervise and support front desk agents in delivering exceptional service
-Provide real-time coaching and feedback, ensuring consistency and positivity
-Maintain grooming, appearance, and brand presentation standards
-Partner with leadership to address performance and development needs
-Tackle complex guest scenarios with confidence and creativity
-Ensure privacy, safety, and guest security protocols are upheld
-Champion strategies that minimize guest complaints and enhance service recovery
-Train, Develop, and Grow Talent
-Foster a culture of learning and collaboration
-Keep service standards top-of-mind through regular training refreshers
'-High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
-1-2 years of supervisory experience in a front office or guest services role
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferably FSPMS)
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
