Day shift

Prior Leadership experience required.

This leadership role includes:

Managing and supervising the histology team

Overseeing workflow, training, and performance evaluations

Ensuring lab compliance, quality control, and safety standards

Troubleshooting and validating special stains and IHC procedures

What You Need:

5+ years of histology experience

1+ year of supervisory experience required

ASCP Certification

Strong technical and leadership skills
