About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

DevSecOps Engineer

with strong expertise in

AWS Cloud

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building secure, scalable, and automated deployment pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, and embedding security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle. This is a mid-level role designed for professionals who can independently manage assignments, collaborate across teams, and drive automation and efficiency in modern cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Ensure reliable build, test, and deployment processes. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to promote repeatability, scalability, and version control. Cloud Platform Management:

Manage and optimize resources on AWS (and optionally Azure/GCP), ensuring high performance, cost efficiency, and security compliance. Monitoring & Incident Response:

Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK stack) and respond to incidents with root cause analysis and remediation. Automation & Scripting:

Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell to streamline operations and deployments. Configuration Management:

Use tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to manage configurations, enforce compliance, and simplify provisioning. Security Integration:

Embed security into DevOps workflows, perform vulnerability scanning, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Collaboration:

Partner with developers, QA, and system administrators to support seamless application delivery and resolve infrastructure challenges. System Maintenance:

Conduct system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance to ensure reliability and availability. Documentation:

Maintain clear and detailed documentation for systems, workflows, and configurations. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years

of experience in

DevOps, DevSecOps, or Site Reliability Engineering

roles. Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell). Hands-on experience with

AWS Cloud services

(EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.); knowledge of Azure or GCP is a plus. Proficiency with

CI/CD tools

(Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.). Experience with

containers and orchestration

(Docker, Kubernetes, ECS). Familiarity with

IaC tools

(Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible). Knowledge of

monitoring & logging solutions

(Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK). Strong understanding of
