Located in Lake Havasu City Joint Commission Accredited 171 beds Community hospital and regional referral center Certified Chest Pain Center Level Trauma 3 Outdoor recreation central with beautiful mountain ranges and serene lake scenery Close to major cities: Las Vegas (2.5 hours), Phoenix (3.25 hours), Grand Canyon National Park (3.5 hours), Los Angeles or San Diego (5 hours) Facility Department/Cost Center: 701 Role: RN Specialty: OR Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 0630 - 1430 Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Hours covered with a call team consisting of a RN, CSTFA & CST Call Requirements depend on number of staff (e.g. 10 staff and 30 days in the month = 3 days of call) Years of Experience: 1 - 2 Float Requirements: may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility Patient Ratios: anywhere from 10 to 25 cases a day (total joints starting up MAKO robotics knees & Hips), spine Ortho & Neuro, crani's, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, Urology, General Surgery and plastics Equipment: XI DaVinci EHR: Meditech Patient Population: Majority of cases are total hip, knee & shoulder, Neuro and ortho spine, Robotics Call involved including Neuro surgeon procedures on weekends Job Requirements
