Manufacturing Job Responsibilities: Analyze, review, and repair failed PC Boards and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems. Perform quality procedures relevant to work processes. Rework assembly line and in-process PC board failures. Repair in-process AOI or X-Ray failures effectively. Document PCB failure information in MES accurately. Comply with Plant Rules and Regulations, Factory specifications, and Operations standards. Follow all ESD procedures to ensure safety and quality. Manage SMT components, ensuring proper handling and location. Operate AOI equipment as per training guidelines. Sort PCB assemblies, identifying items for repair or acceptance. Utilize X-Ray equipment to identify defects and solder abnormalities. Communicate upstream issues to placement equipment operators. Alert QA personnel and management about processing errors and issues. Notify supervisors of high failure rates to facilitate timely interventions. Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot equipment and procedural issues. Participate in cross-training initiatives to enhance team flexibility. Required Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to quality and safety. Proven attendance and work performance records. Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal and team goals. Familiarity with production floor control systems. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word applications. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed. Understanding of quality procedures related to manufacturing. Awareness of safety, workmanship, product quality, and productivity standards. Flexibility for potential shift rotations. Knowledge of soldering as per QC-306 guidelines. Training: Training and qualification for responsibilities will be ensured by the Supervisor/Manager as per Lincoln specifications. Environmental, Health, and Safety Responsibilities: Familiarity with the Company's EHS Policy and its application in this role. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, and adherence to Plant Rules. Commit to working safely and following company EHS procedures. Operate equipment safely, ensuring guards are in place and functional. Stay informed of EHS procedures outlined in reference materials available on-site. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately. Ensure proper labeling and storage of chemicals used in this role. Manage spills, leaks, and cleanup operations responsibly. Participate in EHS initiatives and adhere to recycling and waste management policies. Personal Protective Equipment Requirements: Safety glasses with side shields are required.
