We're seeking a Residential Construction Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base by understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service. This person possesses a knowledge of residential construction, a background in sales/marketing, and strong interpersonal communication skills. They must generate enough estimates and sales volume to support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets through monitored KPI's.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.

Collaborate with marketing, estimating, and project management teams to create customized

proposals.

Manage leads through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Participate in sales training sessions to maximize close rates and help track sales success through company KPI's.

Address client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Attendance at after-hours networking functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Is personally aligned with JLV's core values and demonstrates them with intention and action

Sales experience 5+ years, residential construction sales experience strongly

Ability to read blueprints, perform material take-offs, and discuss plans with architects, project

managers, interior designers, etc

Client management/relationships

Sales planning

Understanding the customer

Creative services

Ability to think outside the box to achieve the client and company's objectives

Be the advocate for and trusted advisor to the client

Compensation:

Full Time position

$50,000 base salary + additional commission on all sales

Uncapped earning potential
