pstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/p

liLead and mentor a high-performing team of 25+ across service, management, and director levels/li
liBuild strategies that grow high-potential accounts and strengthen mature ones/li
liDrive automation, process improvements, and KPI development across the organization/li
liPartner with Sales, Brokerage, IT, and Dedicated Ops to create seamless customer success solutions/li

pstrongWhat Were Looking For:/strong/p
ul
li5-7 (Five to Seven) years or more experience in Transportation with a strong focus in Customer Success, as well as 3 years of proven leadership in transportation customer success/li
liBachelors degree in relevant field/li
liTrack record of earning strongCarrier of the Year/strong recognition/li
liExtensive experience in performance management on teams with at least 25 associates/employees/li
liStrategic mindset with long-term planning experience/li
liHands-on expertise in systems like AS/400, McLeod, or Manhattan/li
liA leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and results/li
