Responsibilities
- Facilitate the month-end close process by posting general ledger journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, analyzing P&L accounts, and providing explanations of variances.
- Assist with financial statement audits, including preparation of supporting documentation and footnotes to the financial statements.
- Maintain billing schedules related to our domestic and international managed properties.
- Support other ad hoc projects for domestic and international accounting.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Associate’s degree (AA); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference for a degree in accounting.
Physical Demands
- Frequently sits, uses hands to finger, feel or handle. Reaches with arms, talks or hears.
- Occasionally stands, walks, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.

- Typical office environment. Noise level is moderate.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences
- Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties of the job (e.g., communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for equipment are in English).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
