Night Shift Security Guard – $18/hour | Mon–Thurs, 7PM–6AM

Join a fast-growing cannabis facility where your attention to detail and commitment to safety make a real impact. We’re looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to protect our operations, people, and product. This is a full-time graveyard shift position offering $17.50/hr + $0.50/hr night differential.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday, 7PM – 6AM (1-hour lunch)

What You'll Do

• Monitor security cameras and oversee employee activity
• Conduct regular perimeter checks (indoor & outdoor)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and report violations
• Deter and detect theft or unauthorized access
• Assist with Research & Development tasks as needed
• Take on other security-related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement preferred
• Basic computer skills (Word, email, etc.)
• Must pass a background check (no felonies in 10 years, no misdemeanors in 5)
• Physically able to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work on ladders
• Must have normal color vision and distance vision
