Position
Security Guard - CRE Property Patrols in Phoenix, AZ. You will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries, such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. This is a Part-Time Security Officer role with opportunities to view and pick up open shifts via our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining site experience across various industries. This includes a Patrol Unarmed Officer assignment at a commercial real estate location requiring a valid driver’s license.
Pay and Schedule
Pay Rate: 19.31 / Hour
Job Schedule: Part Time
Shifts: Fri 06:00 PM – 04:00 AM; Sat 06:00 PM – 04:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
- Monitor the premises for unusual activities and report concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow detailed instructions from Allied Universal and site management to address the location’s needs.
- Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
- Support access control procedures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver’s license in the job state is required for driving positions
- Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Background investigation may be required as a condition of employment according to applicable laws
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
- Drug screen may be required as a condition of employment where permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only
