Your expertise will help detect minor issues early using Preventive Maintenance techniques, ensuring equipment runs smoothly. Utilize technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve specific malfunctions.

Responsibilities
Support the Maintenance Shift Leader in assigned tasks.
Document equipment issues in accordance with shop standards.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Request parts necessary for equipment repairs.
Consult equipment technical manuals regularly.
Follow electrical safety standards diligently.
Collaborate closely with automation technicians on electronic components.
Use personal protective equipment at all times.
Inspect work orders and discuss equipment issues with operators.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks using checklists.
Set up and test industrial equipment.
Keep logs updated with performance, repairs, and tests.
Demonstrate correct equipment operation and troubleshoot malfunctions.
Adjust machinery components using hand or power tools.
Clean and refurbish equipment parts.
Troubleshooting:
Use diagnostic tools to identify equipment failures.
Interpret basic electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
Engage in personal development to take on additional responsibilities.
Operate metalworking tools such as drill presses and grinders.
Diagnose and repair faulty equipment using various techniques.
Inspect equipment components for proper assembly and defects.
Repair and replace worn parts and mechanical components.
Solder and coat wires for insulation.
Weld electrical connections as needed.
Coordinate and oversee breakdown repairs.
Prioritize and manage routine repairs efficiently.
Utilize effective problem-solving skills.
Stay proactive and document work performed daily.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks promptly.
Adhere to assigned schedules and maintain a professional appearance.
Foster a positive teamwork environment and assist coworkers.
Follow dress code and maintain a safe work area.
Demonstrate reliability and dependability in completing tasks.
Comply with organizational policies and standard procedures.
Work within a team to exceed production standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
Familiarity with industrial tools and test equipment.
Proven skills in repairing industrial components such as motors and pumps.
Basic understanding of PLC troubleshooting.
Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
