Job Description
This position is to oversee and maintain the overall experience of nightlife influencer program, thru event curating, influencer identifier programs and in -venue experiences. The growth of this position is a mixture of day and night with an ability to influence the members of the nightlife and social community to uphold the integrity of Wynn Nightlife and Wynn resorts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity nightlife influencers program
- Cater to the highest-end clientele of Wynn nightlife
- Independent meetings on the structure of nightlife evens
- Organizing and overseeing all reservations tied to events
- Develop and maintain roll out and execution of nightlife events
- Build and develop new event , programs, and in venue experiences
- Work on creative gifting and promotional concepts for marketing and host sales team
- Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
- Maintain dialogue with all guest while upholding a warm, positive and friendly persona at all times
- Sales based host requirements
- Social media obligation based on weekly posting and event marketing requirements
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner.

Qualifications
Essential skills and experience:
- Two to Four years experience working in a multi-unit environment, preferably in a 4/5 Star/Diamond setting.
- The candidate should also maintain the ability to manage large groups of people.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
- High level of people skills
- Must be organized
Valued but not required skills and experience:
- Experience working in hospitality or casino industry
