Senior Subsidiary Management Business Partner
to join the team in Arlington, VA; Saint Charles, MO; El Segundo, CA; Herndon, VA; Huntsville, AL; or Mesa, AZ.
The Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Senior Subsidiary Management Business Partner is a key individual contributor role focused on driving the successful execution and delivery of Information Technology (IT) projects within BDS, supporting all BDS Subsidiaries and their leaders.
Serving in this role, you will collaborate directly with business and function to understand problems or initiatives and engage the right resources, explore alternatives, and help deploy the right solutions with first time quality.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with BDS Subsidiary Chief Information Officers (CIO's) to ensure Cyber, Compliance and Risk tasks are completed on schedule Review Boeing IT pool allocations and map subsidiary costs for cost saving opportunities and resource allocations Collaborate with IT Cyber Security & Tech Governance team to develop subsidiary schedules and Long-Range Business Plans (LRBP's) Maintain program schedules, milestone tracking, and status reporting; identify and escalate schedule or scope risks promptly Establish and communicate IT project objectives and goals to prioritize and implement activities leading to new major initiative deployments Lead cross functional IT and cyber program teams and drive the successful deployment and sustainment of IT technologies Lead the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership, and to business or function stakeholders Identify risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments Deliver agile, cost-competitive solutions, so customers can reduce costs, drive efficiency and optimize operations Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience leading project teams to meet project objectives and deliverables 10+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules 10+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, Team Foundation Server (TFS), VersionOne, etc.) 10+ years of experience with schedule and risk management 3+ years of experience with Financial Data (i.e. accounting, financial planning, cost management) Experience working with Senior and Executive IT & Business Leadership Experience with IT products and services Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in cyber security, compliance, and classified cyber requirements Experience in Boeing Opportunity Risk and Issue System (BORIS), Team Foundation Server (TFS), Version 1, JIRA, Microsoft (MS) Project and/or other Project Management tools Experience using Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams and other collaboration tools Experience and use of data analytics and (Artificial Intelligence) AI tools Experience in Project/Delivery Management (i.e. starting and executing projects, from project and milestone creation to stakeholder identification and delivery) Experience working with IT Pool allocations Drug Free Workplace:
