Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Area Team Lead to join our team. The Area Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coordinating the team's activities, ensuring they meet operational goals, and deliver exceptional results. This role require strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to inspire and motivate team members. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance support, and performance feedback

Establish clear team objectives and productive work environment

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment

Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to enhance their skills

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Generate on regular reports on team performance, productivity, and achievements

Requirements and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus

Proven experience as an Area Team Lead or in a similar leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best

Organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of relevant industry practices and standards
