Job Overview:
Are you prepared to lead the transformation of enterprise procurement? As a Senior Indirect Procurement Commodity Agent, you will spearhead sourcing initiatives for non-production goods and services, including IT, facilities, maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), professional services, and logistics. Your role will involve cultivating supplier relationships, negotiating impactful contracts, and delivering significant value to the organization. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will align procurement strategies with business objectives and create wide-reaching impacts. Highlights of Your Role:
Lead sourcing efforts across key indirect categories such as IT, facilities, and professional services.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that prioritize cost, quality, and risk management.
Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to identify top suppliers and secure competitive advantages.
Negotiate service agreements that fulfill business needs while ensuring long-term value.
Analyze spending data and market trends to discover savings and efficiency opportunities.
Maintain accurate supplier and contract records in sourcing and ERP systems.
You're a Good Fit If You Have (or Can):
7-10+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, particularly in indirect spend.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing tools.
Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships across multiple indirect categories.
A senior procurement background in a multi-site or global organization.
Knowledge of contract law, service level agreements, and vendor risk management.
Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or PMP.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A willingness to travel occasionally as required.
