Role Overview
We are seeking a Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a startup mindset and a passion for solving business problems. This role is ideal for someone who can influence stakeholders, lead architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions using SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Build for Scale
: Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms.
Platform Enablement
: Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
Collaborative Execution
: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Lean Engineering
: Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes.
Technical Excellence
: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
Continuous Learning
: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering.
Mentoring
: Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions
Qualifications: Qualifications
Required Qualifications
6+ years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI technologies.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.
Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with modern platforms.
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with full-stack (backend, frontend, Cloud, Infrastructure) development.
Familiarity with distributed messaging (Kafka, Kinesis) and caching (example - Redis, ElastiCache).
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to startup environments or fast-paced product development cycles.
Experience in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is a plus.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Hybrid
: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need.
