HR Business Partner - AMC Segment

Regal Rexnord . We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented HR Business Partner for our Automation & Motion Control Segment. Reporting to the Vice President HR, AMC, youll play a pivotal role in strategic and administrative functions by driving talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and culture. You will serve as the lead HRBP to the Segment Groups including Finance, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and Strategy, and you will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes for the 2B Segment comprised of over 7,500 associates and contractors. This is a Hybrid Position (3 days in office / 2 days remote) based in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI. Key Responsibilities
Serve as HR Partner to be a trusted talent advisor and coach to leaders Serve as primary contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information to associates Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition COE to oversee and ensure high-quality diverse talent acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to provide an excellent onboarding experience Oversee and manage the use of performance management to create a high-performing organization Assist with implementing and embedding Regal Rexnord talent initiatives within the AMC Segment Develop action plans and partner with leadership in being accountable for culture and engagement progress Champion an inclusive environment that values diversity Partner with across other segments and with the Center of Expertise on Talent Management processes Manage various HR projects for the segment that contribute to our strategic objectives Maintain data accuracy and integrity within our HR systems Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably partnering with managers Previous experience managing HR projects Excellent communication and coaching skills Strong organizational and project management skills A continuous improvement mindset with the drive to seek out ways to streamline and improve HR processes and initiatives Salary: $90K-$120K USD Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization Benefits
