Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Physical Therapist
to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in
Citrus Heights, CA . In this role, you'll help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence - and work within a team that truly values collaboration and clinical excellence. ️
Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized care plans Provide direct physical therapy interventions and education Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with other therapists, aides, physicians, and caregivers Supervise therapy assistants and aides as necessary Maintain compliance with documentation and billing procedures Stay current on best practices and licensure requirements Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent) Active California Physical Therapy License Current CPR certification Strong interpersonal and clinical problem-solving skills Experience with EMR systems and care documentation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers Benefits
