The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Responsibilities
Perform tire and automotive services (including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs and other mobile services) while delivering an excellent customer experience. Maintain independence on assigned routes - Safely driving between appointments, while representing Goodyear. Conduct proper safety checks when preparing for and performing service. Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process, while understanding the customer's needs. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of our products and services (including warranties, promotions and advertisements). Perform a variety of manual tasks (including pre-preparation of equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning up the worksite and product reconciliation). Perform tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting. Opportunity to travel to other cities outside of your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques. Basic Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years of age A valid driver's license Six months of automotive experience No relocation offered for this position Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future Three months of customer service experience is preferred High Performers in this role demonstrate the following
