THE JOB
As an
Account Executive (AE) , you will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to demos, trials, and closing. This is a high-activity, growth-oriented role designed for a driven seller who thrives on outbound prospecting while also converting inbound trial leads.
Key responsibilities include: Driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting (calls, email, trade shows, networking). Managing inbound trial leads, rotating with the sales team to convert trials into paying accounts. Conducting demos, managing free trial conversions, and guiding prospects through a needs-based, consultative sales process. Meeting and exceeding monthly quota targets Leveraging Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools to build pipeline and close deals. Collaborating with marketing on call campaigns and lead generation activities. THE QUALIFICATIONS
2-4+ years of B2B sales, preferably SaaS, CRM, or marketing technology. Strong prospecting and full-cycle sales experience; comfortable generating your own pipeline. Familiarity with solution/consultative selling. Salesforce experience highly preferred. Self-starter with grit, resilience, and strong communication skills. Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow. MUST reside near Scottsdale AZ THE BENEFITS
OTE 85-100k (Base salary + uncapped commissions) Uncapped earning potential, with six-figure OTE achievable for strong performers. Monthly commission payouts, quarterly accelerators, and additional spiffs. Comprehensive medical, dental, and 401K benefits. Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office in Scottsdale HQ), with occasional flexibility for remote candidates outside California. Career path opportunities into senior sales or leadership roles.
