At NorthBay Health, the Board Certified, Licensed Urologistwill practice in our highly regarded health system in Northern California. NorthBay Urology cares for male & female patients with urinary tract conditions and diseases affecting the male reproductive organs, this role will provide care to cancer cases and other large cases. Our team of board-certified experts employs a variety of treatments, from medications to minimally invasive and complex surgery in treating urologic conditions.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, dedicated procedure time Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Balanced distribution of inpatient and outpatient care Call Ratio: General call responsibilities; split between two locations Daily Patient Census: Manage a consistent daily patient load Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) (details on the number of physicians vs. APPs can be provided upon inquiry) Primary Responsibilities:

Perform minimally invasive and complex surgery for urologic conditions Provide patient education and counseling Diagnose and treat disease and disorders of the urinary tract and reproductive organs. Provide care to inpatient outpatient and surgical patients. Prescribes medications as needed and administers urinary antiseptics to combat infection. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical research projects, and educational activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system Qualifications

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree Board-certified in Urology Licensed to practice medicine in the state Proven experience in urology procedures Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Compensation and perks:

Compensation Range: $500,000 - $720,000 (based on a Full time 1.0 FTE) Income Guarantee Sign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidates A positive work-life balance Collaborative and energized clinical teams
