Job Description Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Clienttion Therapist Specialty: Clienttion Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours per day Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: State License in Clienttion Therapy Certifications: ARRT, BLS
Must-Have: - Experience using Varian TrueBeam 4.1 and ARIA v.18.1 - Ability to perform 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, and DIBH treatment procedures - TrueBeam experience within the last year - Capability to lead in situations with less experienced staff
Description: Perform duties to accurately apply ionizing radiation to patients of all age groups. Work in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the radiation oncologist. Department has 1 TrueBeam treatment and 1 CT Simulator. Common types of imaging/studies performed include radiation therapy and simulations. Average number of scans/studies per day is 17-20. Utilize EMR/PACS systems including Aria, PACS, and Meditech. No floating or covering of other areas required. IV starts are performed by nursing staff. Scrubs must be black and are not provided. Department-specific orientation will be provided. No weekend, holiday, call, or standby requirements. Radiologist is available on-site. Registered Radiology Assistants are not utilized. Department supervision is provided by a Lead Therapist. Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements.
