We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse for a local position with a varied schedule. This role offers a mix of day and evening shifts across a four-week rotation to fulfill a total of 32 hours per week. The selected candidate will enjoy a dynamic work environment, engaging with patients and collaborating with a supportive healthcare team.
Shift Schedule: - Week 1: Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Week 2: Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Week 3: Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Week 4: Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality patient care and support. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Accurately document patient interactions and maintain records in compliance with healthcare regulations. - Manage time effectively while adhering to the shift schedule and taking a mandatory 30-minute break.
Qualifications: - Valid nursing license. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
