Maintenance Technician - Day Shift
Location: Downingtown, PA
Compensation: $32.50-$35.00/hour + full benefits
Schedule: 12-hour shift, 4/3/3/4 rotating schedule
Our client is a rapidly growing U.S.-based beverage co-packing company, trusted by emerging and established brands to bring high-quality beverages to life. Their state-of-the-art facility is looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to support day shift operations and help ensure smooth production across all lines.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with equipment schedules Support line changeovers and assist production with equipment adjustments Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals Repair and install process piping (steam, condensate, hot/cold water) Operate and adjust equipment via PLC panels and production interfaces Assist with welding tasks (sanitary welding experience a plus) Promote and follow safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in equipment and process efficiency Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in food, beverage, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with GMP, SQF, or HACCP standards preferred Solid knowledge of pneumatic systems, steam generation, mechanical transmission, and industrial electricity PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Forklift operation and basic computer proficiency required Benefits Include:
