Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned.
Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand/capacity analyses).
Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.
Manage all aspects of spare die components including, but not exclusive to, ordering, quoting and planning in-house manufacturing, outsourcing, storage, transferring, obsoleting, and inventory.
Evaluate prints and suggest changes that would enhance manufacturability of the tool.
Create and maintain a strong supplier base to meet our needs in timing, cost, and quality.
Your Qualifications
Associate's Degree or High school Diploma with demonstrated experience
Tool & Die Journeyman Certification required
Understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to prioritize
Self-motivated
Problem solving skills
