Job Summary Details:
A Utility Worker is responsible for ensuring that buildings and the areas surrounding them are clean, well-lit, functional and safe. To this end, a Utility Worker job description may include the following duties:
Pay: $21 Hourly Rate
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6pm to 2:30am
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience
Responsibilities:
Reading work orders and developing plans to execute them
Replacing light bulbs and making repairs to light fixtures
Maintaining landscaping, lawns, outbuildings, parking areas and fencing
Making basic repairs to plumbing, HVAC and structural problems
Conducting routine maintenance on building systems, such as replacing filters in HVAC systems
Servicing and cleaning tools and equipment used for maintenance
Ordering, inventorying and organizing equipment and supplies needed for maintenance
Updating and keeping records of all work orders completed
