This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Performs daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of store and backroom as well as unloads Starbucks product weekly. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks and Swedish guiding principles.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
Prepare quality beverages and products in accordance with brand standards.
Perform daily floor cleaning and environmental upkeep of store and backroom.
Unload Starbucks product weekly.
Model and act in accordance with Starbucks and Swedish guiding principles.

Compensation

Pay Range: $25.76 - $34.46. The base pay range may include additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
