We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
• Analyze business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain business cases, requirements documents, and project plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.
• Communicate business solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Professional certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of business process improvement (BPI) principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
