Overview
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $50-$58 hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Responsibilities
- The Analyst, IT Product Construction, Destination Design contributes to design requirements and specifications for IT Construction projects. The Analyst in IT for Destination Product Design bridges technology, design, and business requirements to ensure product designs align with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility. They provide insights to optimize the design process and assist in building out scope, requirements, and budgetary costs for the execution team to deliver against. They evaluate changing scope and align the project design requirements with the related IT and construction disciplines.
- Partner with internal teams and product teams on IT strategies and initiatives that align with overall business objectives. Support the execution team with creation of project documentation, industry research, reporting/analytics, performance monitoring, project logistics, testing, and coordination of site capability requirements.
- Collaborate with other analysts and product teams to ensure a clear understanding of product objectives and priorities, and help IT teams translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and other design deliverables for execution (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, prioritized needs, infrastructure development).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action with initiative.
- Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced online organization.
- Experience creating key requirement documentation and project artifacts.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and analytical skills, including ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.
- Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop deliverables.
