we're in search of a
Receptionist
to join our Edgewood team! If you love to keep things organized, are an exceptional multi-tasker, and have a welcoming, fun attitude, we have the role for you!
As a Receptionist at Edgewood, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and in-coming phone calls, as well as the friendly face and director of all traffic at the front desk. You'll utilize your attention to detail and make a lot of new friends while truly making a difference in the lives of our seniors.

Responsibilities:
Professionally handle and direct incoming phone calls with a courteous and helpful demeanor Maintain organized and up-to-date visitor logs, track and manage guest arrivals and departures Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and approachable attitude, providing necessary information and guidance Ensure a tidy and presentable reception area, creating a positive first impression for guests and clients Collaborate with other administrative staff to support the smooth flow of daily operations Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents Perform a variety of clerical tasks to support organizational operations Benefits:

High School Diploma / GED required Minimum of one year related experience and/or training Experience working in an Assisted Living setting, preferred Passion and drive for helping others Schedule:
Friday & Saturday 9AM-5PM
