Business Systems Analyst Job at DigiTran Technologies Inc. in Washington

We are looking to add a Business Systems Analyst to our team of talented professionals.

What You'll Do:

1. Serve as business analyst of a scrum team documenting, analyzing, tracing, and requirements.
2. Ensure JIRA tickets are created timely and accurately and are kept up to date. Define acceptance criteria, requirements, and internal/external dependencies.
3. Partner with the scrum team's Product Owner and the program's Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to complete impact assessments and support the change control process.
4. Work with the Product Owner to ensure requirements align with customer needs and fit within the overall program roadmap.
5. Maintain clear communication with the Product Owner, program leadership, and the customer.
6. Lead team discussions, providing recommendations to support informed decision-making on technical and business matters.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience.
2. Experience as a Business Analyst on a UI software development team.
3. Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops, especially in fraud, waste, and abuse.
4. Experience with business case development.
5. Ability to prioritize requirements and create prototypes and mock-ups.
6. Experience working in an Agile environment.
7. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
8. Ability to work independently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
9. Strong critical thinking skills for supporting multiple projects.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid data.
2. Ability to collaborate across teams.
3. Knowledge of back-end data systems.
