NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a rapidly growing personal injury law firm to find three Process Business Analysts. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in business process analysis, operations optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. These newly created roles will each support a different entity within the organization, focusing on workflow audits, SOP development, and performance metrics to enhance overall client experience.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in process analysis and operational improvement
  • Prior experience in law firms or professional services environments
  • Strong experience auditing processes, gathering and presenting findings, and offering strategic solutions
  • Proficiency in writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid Chart
Preferred:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or a strong understanding of its methodologies
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams to define requirements for automation or system enhancements
  • Proven ability to lead training and change management initiatives
