CPQ Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
• Experience with CPQ systems
• Proficient in writing user stories, functional specs, and test cases
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, ERP, and integrated enterprise applications
• Familiarity with pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote-to-cash workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role (listed above)
• Experience with CPQ systems
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and integrated enterprise applications
• Familiarity with pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote-to-cash workflows
• Proficient in writing user stories, functional specs, and test cases
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Desirable

• CPQ certifications
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom fields, and approval processes
• Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or reporting tools
